This website is operated by Zenxeon Technologies (Zenxeon, we, us, or our), located at 1380 Lead Hill Blvd, Suite 207, Roseville, CA 95661. By visiting our site, creating an account, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility and Business Use
Our store supplies hardware, software services, and professional services intended for business use by salons, spas, franchises, and other commercial operators. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing for business purposes on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.
Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, images, and compatibility information are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to cancel and refund any order affected by such an error before it ships.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors. Payment is due in full at checkout through the payment methods offered on the site. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination.
Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms, rates, and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Reported transit damage is handled as described in the Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Product Warranties
Hardware products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties; Yealink phones include a 3-Year Yealink manufacturer extended warranty, registered directly with Yealink. Where you purchase an optional Zenxeon protection plan, such as the 2-Year Advanced Replacement Warranty, the coverage terms stated on that product page apply to the registered devices on the order. Protection plans cover the devices they were purchased for and are not transferable to other equipment.
Services and Subscriptions
Professional services, such as on-site installation and configuration, are scheduled with you after purchase and are subject to reasonable access, site-readiness, and scheduling requirements. Device management subscriptions, such as Zenxeon MDM, renew for the billing period purchased and may be cancelled before the next renewal; cancellation stops future billing but amounts already billed for the current period are not refunded.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, interfere with the operation of the store, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zenxeon Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the site and all products and services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenxeon Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zenxeon Technologies and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the products or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
